Executive chef & owner John Simpson has been sculpting ice since 1992.  John is in a class of his own. He has sculpted the second largest ice sculpture in Utah.

John was a competitor at the 2010 World Ice Sculpting Competition in Fairbanks, Alaska. Like John always says, “If you can supply an image, I can sculpt it!” Check out some of his amazing work here.
